Rental Programs For Our Owners

Not able to get to the cottage? Why not let it make money for you! Vine Ridge Resort has three rental programs available to our owners:

1. Partnership Rental Program

A simple, care-free rental program with a true 50/50 split of the average nightly rate. You don’t have to worry about marketing your cottage, nor manage the guests or clean up after them…we do that for you!
There is also no minimum nights required. Provide us with your rental dates and we’ll take care of the rest.

Program Includes:

Online reservation system and website to drive rental bookings
Marketing and advertising your vacation home rental
Customer service support
On site greeting of guests
Cottage cleaning services

2. Private Rental Program

Want to handle the rental of your vacation home yourself? Not a problem at all.

We ask that you do complete a Private Rental Agreement before hand, inform the resort of your rental, and that you follow our resort policies and guidelines, as well as your rental guests.

There will also be a private rental fee so $45/night billed to your owners account.
