No. Owners purchase and own their resort vacation home outright.
Can I rent my vacation home?
Yes. Owners may participate in Vine Ridge Resort’s rental programs. Through the Partnership Rental Program, the resort helps market your vacation home, manage bookings, greet guests, and coordinate cleaning, with a 50/50 split of the average nightly rate. Owners who prefer to manage rentals themselves may also participate in the Private Rental Program, subject to a Private Rental Agreement, resort policies, and applicable nightly rental fees. Can family and friends visit?
Absolutely. Owners can welcome guests throughout the season. We ask that you register them prior to their arrival.
How long is the season?
Owners enjoy a 26-week season from spring through fall.
